About the Guest Speaker
Dr. Rammohan R. Balusu is an agricultural entomologist with over 25 years of experience in integrated pest management (IPM), insect ecology, and sustainable crop protection. A former assistant research professor and research fellow at Auburn University, he has conducted extensive research on trap cropping and other IPM strategies for vegetable, fruit, and field crops.
Dr. Balusu has authored more than 30 scientific publications and has worked closely with growers and Extension professionals to develop practical, science-based pest management solutions. He currently works in agricultural research and development, leading pest screening and trait evaluation programs.
